We’re pleased to share details of some creative activities happening this Jubilee Bank Holiday Weekend!
Modern Nature is a collaboration between Rimrose Valley Friends, Human Libraries, and artist Niki Colclough and has been shaped by young people from Sefton.
The Modern Nature project has developed over several workshops and discussions with local young people about art, access, the importance of green spaces, and our relationship with the natural world.
To celebrate, EVERYONE is invited to a series of workshops and self-led explorations of Rimrose Valley Country Park from Thursday 2nd to Sunday 5th June.
Activities are open to all, with no age restrictions.
From sowing sunflower seeds to guided-audio walks, we hope these events and activities will provide moments of rest while provoking us to reflect on how we can care for our planet the way it cares for us.
This conversation will start over the Jubilee Weekend, but it doesn’t have to end there. Online resources will remain available for anyone to get involved.
