We invite you to join us for a day of FREE activities, conversation, entertainment and much more, as together, we break down barriers to us talking about mental health, funded by Mind.

Rough itinerary as follows.
From 11:00am to 1:00pm (approx)
Choose between
A walk on Rimrose Valley with Helen Kirkup. A wandering, wondering and mindfulness meander through Rimrose. Giving a space to talk and to think.
OR
Cookery with local chef, Willow. Peel, chop, learn and chat while cooking the soup for all to enjoy.
11:00am-2:00pm
Rock painting with artist, Emma Coyne. Reminding us how creativity can get us out of our minds and into our lives!
1:00pm-2:00pm
Cooking demonstration with Malcom from The Feelgood Factory. Learn quick, simple meals and cooking on a budget. We’ll get to taste them too!
Free health checks by Living Well Sefton, including weight, BMI and blood pressure
2:00pm-4:00pm (Drop-in, no tickets required)
Entertainment and talks. Davy Edge, Rona Flynn and Kate Elder – Mindfulness and poetry
